Hi Everyone! I started doing the snowball effect and matters are going a lot better.
Don't stop paying your bills. Pay what you can. Make a list of all of your debts and pay the smallest one first. Once you are doing paying that one, the money you used to pay for that added to your next item on the list, so on and so forth.
I know if will be a while before I'm debt free. But perseverance, discipline, and determination will help you.
Don't be discouraged. I'm sure we all can make it if we stay positive and determine to succeed!

 in response to disabooo...   Dear Disaboo, that is exactly what I have been doing. But the debt does not seem to be shrinking. I have two of my cc on a program that is helping, but it will be another five years before I'm free of that one. The other debts the agencies will not take.
However, thank you so much for you advice. The last thing I'm thinking of doing is the snowball effect. Seems similar to what you are saying rating them.

 in response to cashay...   Well, I will leave that the persons discretion. I would not want to impose, but it will be nice to pay off at least two of the debts to be able to pay back at $1000.00

 in response to Inspiration...   Inspiration, thank you for words of comfort. I'm looking for answers to come out of this heavy load. I'm sure everyone here is too. Yet, as you said desperation is key here and I'm hoping doors of hope open up....

 in response to cashay...   I understand, I'm not saying you or the people in are the the Millions Club, perhaps people with great ideas that have generated the money they need. Also, all of the work from home jobs say people make a lot, but that is not so true and one needs to invest. But if someone with money is willing to invest on me, the only promise I can make is pay them back since the banks are not willing.

I was also thinking of doing the snowball effect payment. Has anyone been successful on this? Any idea on how to go about it?

 in response to cashay...   That is after the $55,00.00 come in. Once all of my debt is into just one, it will be easier to pay.

Hi. I'm drowning in debt. I have asked my bank and other banks for help, but no one is willing to give me a loan. I need minimum of $55,000.00 to cover my student loans, my car loan, two loans loans from my retirement to buy the house and credit card. If someone with money is willing to help me out, I will start payments of a $1000.00 a month until debt is paid in full.
Can you help me? I work three jobs and its not enough to cover my expenses.
